We believe that Christ has put significant leadership authority in the hands of the pastors and the pastoral team. We aim to exercise that authority with humility, selflessness, grace, to be ‘shepherds for the sheep’, and to build up the Body of Christ.

UK & Ireland

Gateway Vineyard is part of a growing movement of over 2500 churches worldwide. The Vineyard UK and Ireland is led by John & Debbie Wright with a leadership group, with each regional area having oversight. Craig and Hannah are accountable to their regional overseers and also to the trustees of Gateway Vineyard; Judy Day, Andrew Wiltshire, Angela Greaves and Nikki Adlam as chair.
